Attention! Attention! Race Day Information
Race will begin PROMPTLY at 8 am Saturday morning. We are expecting a large crowd, so please arrive early! Race Day Registration and Check In for already registered participants will begin at 7 am. We want you to have plenty of time to pick up your t-shirts and race goodies! Please spread the word!

It's getting close!
We are very excited that things are coming together for our Dash 4 Doc 5K. We have been overwhelmed by the response from walkers/runners as well as support from our community. It makes it so nice to have other people just as excited about this day as we are.
Yesterday, Emily called and told me that my dad's official race packet had come in the mail from the NY City Marathon. It was a very sad day! But, it makes us all even more inclined to make Nov. 5th a special day to remember him! We know in our hearts that where he is now doesn't even compare to the thrill of running in NY!
We look forward to seeing all of you and thank you for helping us make this idea we had become a reality! This past weekend my sisters and I, our spouses and our mom sat around the dining room table finalizing last minute details. It was quite comical at times. (Sometimes we think that if a video camera was inside our house, we'd be the next hit reality TV show). We are doing everything we can to make sure you have a great time on this day....getting t-shirt designs underway, ordering goodies for all the participants, and we cannot wait to see you in a few weeks. It should be a fun day! Come and walk/run, stay around for our 1 Mile Fun Run, watch as we give awards to the top finishers, and enter for a chance at several door prizes from businesses in our community! And there will be one special award that you won't want to miss!!!
